1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website within the Zulfanoon ecosystem (including zulfanoon.com and all subdomains such as calc.zulfanoon.com, auth.zulfanoon.com, tools.zulfanoon.com, devtools.zulfanoon.com, ai.zulfanoon.com, prompts.zulfanoon.com, craftcv.zulfanoon.com, downloader.zulfanoon.com, bgremover.zulfanoon.com, qr.zulfanoon.com, tempmail.zulfanoon.com, and admin.zulfanoon.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

The Temp Mail Service at tempmail.zulfanoon.com is additionally governed by its own Service-Specific Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which control in the event of a conflict with these general terms.

2. Description of Service

Zulfanoon is a web ecosystem offering 40+ online tools across 9 categories, including content and media tools, finance and business calculators, AI tools, utility tools, educational resources, health and fitness tools, legal document generators, lifestyle tools, and SaaS micro-products. Most services are provided free of charge. Some features may require a registered account.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our services. Users under 18 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 in compliance with COPPA and similar regulations.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account at auth.zulfanoon.com. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Zulfanoon only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use bots to extract data without our written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services

  • Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers hosting them
  • Use the services to distribute malware or harmful code

6. Media Downloader: Copyright Compliance

Our Media Downloader tool (downloader.zulfanoon.com) allows users to download videos and media from third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and others. By using this tool, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of downloaded content complies with applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of the source platform
  • Downloads should be for personal, educational, or fair use purposes only
  • Zulfanoon does not host, store, or cache any downloaded content. Media is streamed directly from the source platform to your device
  • We do not endorse or encourage the downloading of copyrighted material without the copyright holder's permission
  • You are solely liable for any copyright infringement resulting from your use of the downloader
  • Zulfanoon is not responsible for the content, quality, or legality of any media downloaded through our tool

7. DMCA Takedown Notice

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available through our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The URL or location of the infringing material
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours and take appropriate action, which may include removing access to the infringing material. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

8. Intellectual Property

The Zulfanoon name, logo, website design, source code, and original content are the intellectual property of Zulfanoon and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our written permission. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Analytics & Tracking

We collect analytics data including pageviews, clicks, session duration, scroll depth, IP-based geolocation (country and city via ip-api.com), and device/browser information parsed from your browser's User-Agent string. This data is collected only after you provide consent via the cookie consent banner. We do not sell this data. Analytics data is retained for 24 months and then automatically deleted. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our services may contain links to third-party websites and integrate with third-party services (such as Google AdSense, Cloudflare, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties. You should review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zulfanoon provides all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Calculator and financial tools provide estimates for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or medical advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zulfanoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which, for free services, is zero).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zulfanoon harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the services, (b) your violation of these terms, (c) your infringement of any third-party rights (including copyright), or (d) any content you submit or download through our services.

14. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time by visiting auth.zulfanoon.com/profile/ or emailing [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

15. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, given that our services are hosted on servers located in the EU. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall first be resolved through informal discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the EU in accordance with applicable EU regulations. 16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email (to registered users) or by a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court or arbitrator, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
